In this world, people are bred for certain tasks. Some are bred solely for the tasks that people don't want to do. But, they don't know this, they are bred solely for this task alone and not for desiring a better task. In their pre-life processes they are put through series of experiments and processes to make them enjoy what they do. This strikes me as just adding on to the already built illusion of the perfect society. If they are taught to like this, and not realize that there are better experiences to be had, why should they want to do anything else? They have the lowest jobs in their society but don't treat it as that.
