The Simple Act of Communication

People in the play "Othello" really need to learn how to communicate with one another. Communication is a tool that we use to get across to each other what we mean and what really happened. In the last act of "Othello", Othello is talking to Desdemona about how he is about to kill her. She pleads for him to listen to him and work this problem out. If he would have just listened to her, for once, she wouldn't have died and they would have lived happily ever after. I guess asking for a good talk with a loved one is just too much to ask for, though. And I guess if they did just talk it out, it wouldn't be such a good play in the end.
